Retail Sales/Garden Center Nursery Team Member
Looking for a Retail Sales Associate
Duties to include:
Client service
Point-of-Sales System to complete sale
All our Sales Associates help with production throughout the season
Education, Experience and attitude
Prefer some Sales experience but not required
An intense desire to learn sales and plants is needed
Inventory management is a plus but not required
Can-do attitude
Need good communication skills
Must work independently and with a team
Requirements
Must have valid Driver’s license and vehicle to get to and from work
Ability to multi-task
Level head and ability to keep calm in emotional situations
Good organizational skills.
Wiliness to train daily
Physical requirements
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Ability to be on your feet much of day and walk uneven surfaces.
Must wear good shoes
We are a seasonal business
Weekend work is required
Hours depend upon time of year, events and special on-site needs
Compensation
Dependent upon experience and abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
