This candidate also has a strong ability for meaningful mentoring of team and staff.A position you’ll love : You’ll be working with a valued corporate client.You’ll have design collaboration with an international architectYou will have primary client relationship duties.Your efforts will have a direct impact on the growth of the account.Your focus will be on Project Management for an ongoing body of work.You will be working with a team to produce and execute extraordinary work.You’ll be responsible for client interaction, proposal writing, budget and schedule management, team coordination, consultant coordination and quality assurance & control.Your work will include a variety of tasks including design, production and construction administration responsibilities.Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;Architectural license strongly preferred;A minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role;Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong understanding of project financials;Great attention to detail and service to clients;Strong organization, communication and presentation skills are a must; andProficiency and ability to draw in Revit requiredStrong commitment to sustainable design and elevating project performanceWhy Little : Little is a place where you’ll surround yourself with colleagues who have different areas of expertise, are from different cultures and generations, and embody different talents, experiences, and passions.
