The Case Intelligence Specialist is responsible for developing data-analytic and financial business insight capabilities to empower decision-makers with timely, accurate information for optimal data-driven decisions. This includes managing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and non-financial data, delivering financial modeling, and supporting various reporting and reconciliation activities.
This is a hybrid position resident in Kansas City.
Responsibilities
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in related field.
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible related and relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment.

This is a hybrid position resident in Kansas City.
Responsibilities
- Ensures that a wide variety of reporting and analytic duties related to Littler’s Accounting & Finance Group (AFG) are completed timely, accurately and documented in accordance with Firm policies and relevant external requirements and regulations. Technically demanding and analytical tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Command and execution of the firms Client Accrual processes.
- Analysis of client billing histories, accrual reporting and audit requests.
- Month-end and other periodic reconciliation, analysis and reporting.
- Support for AFG reports and technology projects.
- Complete weekly audit reports & financial metric summaries.
- Coordinate the production of monthly, other periodic and ad hoc statistical reports.
- Activities in response to current & future business needs or assigned by Management.
- Ensure Accrual Production, Quality and Accuracy standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Department policies and procedures are kept current, reflect best practices and are appropriate to the Firm's evolving business needs, and ensure compliance within team.
- Inquiries from Clients (both internal and external) and other third parties are addressed in a manner that meets established department standards and are appropriately resolved.
- Oral and written presentations and general communications are effective, professional and appropriate to the circumstance.
- Collaboration and communication between department team members, accounting & finance group departments, and other corporate/firm departments is promoted and effective.
- Demonstrated proficiency of accounting skills and concepts, and general business acumen typically acquired via a Bachelor’s in Accounting or comparable field, together with 3 or more years of relevant accounting or general business experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel & other Microsoft Applications
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues and otherwise escalate to senior department management with related recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new processes, steps, policies and technical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (orally and in writing) with team members, peers, senior management, vendors, and internal and external clients.
