- High School Diploma
- Three (3) years experience in administration assisting with preference given to background in human resources and / or insurance
- Experience in general office and clerical work.
- Working knowledge of office computer programs, policies, and operations is preferred
- Ability to deal effectively and courteously with associates and the general public

Starting Pay : $18.50 based on years of experience.
DESCRIPTION
The Littlestown Area School District is looking for a highly qualified individual to fill the Full Time Personnel / Insurance Coordinator position. The goals of this position are as follows : Establish and maintain a quality onboarding and offboarding personnel service system. Establish and maintain the district's insurance policies. Recommend actions to the Business Administrator for consideration and implementation as relates to all aspects of personnel and insurance.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT : This position is a 12 month / 260 day, Non-Exempt.
All candidates must submit resume, cover letter, and current Act 34, Act 151 and Federal (FBI) Criminal History Clearances within one year.
