The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of coaching, administrating, and managing the Arapahoe Volleyball program as it relates to the players with integrity and professionalism. This includes overseeing all day-to-day operations of the Volleyball program, including coaching, development of highly skilled and academically successful student-athletes; academic monitoring and retention of student-athletes; scheduling of practices and games; team fundraising; knowledge and enforcement of CHSAA rules and regulations; as well as participation in student development initiatives of the Arapahoe High School Athletic Department. In addition, the candidate should have knowledge of rules, regulations and the skills of volleyball. The candidate should either have, or be willing to get, LPS and CHSAA certified. The coach will work to provide optimal playing conditions for each athlete at Arapahoe High School.
