    Education/Certification, Experience:

    • Master’s degree required.
    • Hold or be eligible to hold a Colorado administrative license at the time of the interview.
    • Minimum of five years’ experience in school administration.
    • Principal experience preferred.

    • Ability to implement strategies for change and improvement that result in increased student achievement
    • Knowledge of student assessment and data analysis for instruction and continuous improvement
    • Planning, organization, management, supervision, and evaluation skills
    • Experience in hiring certified and classified staff
    • Ability to develop collaboration and teamwork skills
    • Ability to create and foster a positive and inclusive school culture and climate with an equity focus
    • Ability to work respectfully with diverse groups in the school and community
    • Knowledge and skills in fostering equity and innovation for all students and the total school program
    • Strategic planning, problem-solving, and project management skills
    • Small and large group facilitation skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    This is a 214 day contract
    Salary Range: minimum $101,163 to midpoint $122,331
    July 21, 2025 start date
