General Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction, maintenance, and other labor-intensive activities. These roles require physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Benefit Package
You will receive a benefit package of $28.30 on top of the $33.52 hourly rate, creating a total package of $61.82 per hour.

Requirements
- OSHA 10
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Resume with at least two referrals

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
