About Liuyishou Hotpot:
Chongqing Liuyishou Hotpot was founded in 2000, which is a leading enterprise that specializes in managing hot pot chains and franchisees. Liuyishou now has expanded its business to more than 1,200 overseas units all around the world. In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver for our North America Head Office and opened our first restaurant in Richmond BC. In 2015, Liuyishou International Management Company (Canada) Ltd. was established to operate Liuyishou Hot Pot Restaurants across North America. Since then, we have directly managed a central kitchen and large-scale food processing factory, with over 25 restaurants and 800 employees in North America.
we are looking for dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team in Dallas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily food preparation, including cutting and slicing meat, vegetables, and other ingredients
- Prepare and portion base materials for hotpot dishes
- Operate the wok for stir-frying, preparing various dishes efficiently and to the highest quality
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and inventory rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly
- Work closely with kitchen supervisors to ensure consistent food quality
- Assist with packing and handling ingredients for food service
- Help with dishwashing and other kitchen duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
