We are looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help us bring our vision to life!
Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Loudoun Beauty Collective, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product sales, and ensuring the shop maintains a welcoming and organized atmosphere. You’ll have the opportunity to work with unique boutique items, including clothing, jewelry, leather bags and more, while supporting a collective of women-owned small businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly attitude
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on boutique products and makers
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
- Assist in restocking and merchandising displays to enhance the customer experience
- Answer questions about in-house services and direct clients to the appropriate providers
- Support social media efforts by capturing content and engaging with customers online
- Assist with occasional special events, pop-ups, and promotions
- Uphold Loudoun Beauty Collective’s mission of creating a balanced, confident, and connected community
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and boutique shopping
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable handling transactions and basic technology (POS systems, social media, etc.)
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
