Overview
Liv Breads is hiring a part-time Social Media Manager responsible for developing and executing social media across our platforms. The ideal candidate will understand social media trends, have experience in the food/restaurant space, and have photography and videography skills for posts and reels. Please note - without prior experience related to food social media management or food photography, we will not be able to consider you for this role. Be prepared to show a portfolio.
This role will work closely with the owners to define priorities and develop a voice that aligns with the business goals and brand to bring their social media presence to the next-level. This position will require on-site work across three locations within a short drive of each other for capturing content and face-to-face meetings, and has the option for some remote work as well, for post-production tasks. This position also has the potential to add hours for someone with a strong marketing background and the ability to take on other marketing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content across Facebook and Instagram and implement a TikTok account.
- Have a process for managing posting schedules, with an eye on holidays and new products.
- Inform other marketing efforts.
- Have a process in place with appropriate tools to create visually appealing graphics, photos, and reels.
- Professionalism to work with external vendors for special projects.
- Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content creation.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and social listening tools to measure success.
- Collaborate with front of house and back of house department Managers to take ideas from vision to implementation.
- Look for opportunities to engage with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
- Excellent food-based photography and videography skills for creating high-quality visual content.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and innovations.
- Ability for a flexible schedule, understanding that as bakery hours vary in order to capture the content needed.
Job Type: Part-time
