What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/ Client Specialist position at LIV Clinic Management LLC?
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Check clients in and out, ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.
Collect payments for services and schedule any additional appointments.
Manage multi-line telephone system, scheduling system, and respond to messages via phone, text, or email.
Master knowledge of all services and products and have the ability to explain each treatment.
Assist with local events and campaigns as needed.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front desk area, including the lobby, throughout the day.
Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopies, sorting mail, etc.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation of client information and treatments in medical records
Assist providers with services as needed, including vitals, performing EKGs, drawing labs, prepping rooms for procedures, etc.
Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Help out other departments as needed, this is a small business and we expect everyone to work together to do what is needed.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required, proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple clinical and administrative tasks while exercising sound judgment and strong analytical skills.
Proficient with computers and contemporary software applications.
Proficiency in social media is required, along with a willingness to actively participate and engage across various platforms.
CNA or MA preferred, but willing to training

Scheduling Requirements:
Tuesday-Friday 9:30-5:30 or 6:30 and a minimum of 2 Saturdays a month from 7:30-2:30.
*Some evenings may be required for special events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
