Duties and Responsibilities:
- · Event Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with residents, team members, and local vendors to organize engaging events such as fitness classes, cultural celebrations, game nights, and seasonal parties.
- Coordinate logistics, including event schedules, invitations, decorations, and entertainment.
- Ensure events align with Liv Communities' brand and values.
- Community Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with residents by actively participating in community activities and getting to know their preferences.
- Encourage resident involvement and feedback to continuously improve the community experience.
- Promote a sense of community pride and unity.
- Wellness and Fitness Programs:
- Develop and implement wellness initiatives, including fitness classes, walking clubs, and health seminars.
- Collaborate with local fitness instructors and health professionals to offer diverse programs.
- Monitor participation and track wellness goals.
- Social Media and Communication:
- Maintain Liv Communities' social media presence by sharing event highlights, community news, and lifestyle tips.
- Create visually appealing content to engage residents online.
- Communicate upcoming events through newsletters, flyers, and community bulletin boards.
- Budget Management:
- Work within allocated budgets for events and lifestyle programs.
- Source cost-effective solutions and negotiate contracts with vendors.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in event planning, community engagement, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
