Overview:
The Concierge helps Liv Health accomplish its mission by acting as a liaison between partner doctors and patients, as well as serving as a subject matter expert on Company supplements and processes.
Job Duties:
- Guide patients through the appointment process by explaining the Liv Health protocol and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Educate patients on the prescribed regimen and answer any questions for the patients.
- Provide health coaching to help patients achieve desired goals and outcomes.
- Communicate with patients via phone, email, and the company's electronic messaging system.
- Input orders and update patient files in the company EMR.
- Research health trends to better provide recommendations to patients and doctors.
- Follow-up with projects and order status with Patient Support Coordinators.
- Help generate content for company social media platforms.
- Keep patients engaged through regular follow-ups and check-ins.
- Serve as account manager by reviewing patient charts and offering other products that can help meet patient goals and needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration or related health coaching field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a medical office using medical terminology.
- Previous experience serving as a health coach or similar role with high patient contact is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong technological and computer skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
