LIV Health is looking for an experienced part-time Credentialing Specialist to work out of our Mental Health Urgent Care clinic in Fort Collins CO. This position will be responsible for overseeing and verifying the credentials of licensed providers and enrolling them with health insurance plans. This position will monitor and manage all insurance enrollments and credentialing requirements, and ensure they are kept up to date, including the practice. The Credentialing Specialist will be required to keep up to date with the latest state, local, and national policies, including CMS and commercial health insurance policies related to credentials and credentialing.
Job Duties Include:
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Monitor staff credentials and licenses
- Complete renewal processes and procedures for the clinical team and the practice.
- Monitor and manage NPI enrollments, Pecos, and Medicaid.
- Keep records on the credentialing process
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of one year of credentialing experience is required.
Please note the clinic hours in Fort Collins are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
