About The Role:

• Multi-Unit Property Complexes typically receive and pay a single bill per utility for an entire property. They contract with Livable to split the bills between residents.
• As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist our customers (Property Managers and Owners) to help resolve their requests during service.
• Primary responsibilities in the position revolve around answering questions related to our customers billing needs. This may consist of but is not limited to the following items :
• Using custom software to calculate utility bills for residents
• Coordinating between departments to ensure resolution to customer requests
• Working with customers to resolve any errors that may arise during the billing process
• Ensuring customers have an understanding of best practices for using our system and services
• Continuously look for ways to problem solve and increase personal productivity

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

• 1 year of experience as a Property Manager or worked in a similar role as described here, performing comparable work
• You are highly organized, the ability to pay close attention to detail is CRITICAL for this role
• Ability to problem solve and research information
• Ability to work with a team remotely
• Proficiency in all Google Suite products, especially spreadsheets, Google Meet, Hubspot, Project/Task management software
• You will manage billing questions and updates
• You have a growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of a nimble team
• You view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures
• You’re highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing business and industry

Nice to haves:

• You've been an early hire at a fast-growing company before
• You’ve had professional experience in Fintech and/or Proptech
• You’ve had experience or a working knowledge of Utility Billing
• You have experience or good working knowledge in Multi-family Real Estate

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
