The Contracts Support Specialist (Summer Intern) will support the Contracts Department with various tasks and projects related to contract administration, process improvement, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with contract review, organization, and data entry into contract management systems.
- Support document management, including contract filing, tracking, and retrieval.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, including automation and standardization efforts.
- Support the Contracts team in responding to internal and external inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Legal, and Customer Service, to facilitate contract-related processes.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to develop an understanding of contract lifecycle management.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Business, Pre-Law, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Interest in contract management, legal operations, or healthcare business functions.
- Previous internship or coursework related to contracts, legal studies, or business operations.
- Experience with contract management software or database systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Practical experience in contract management and business operations.
