In a hands-on learning environment, a LivaNova internship allows driven professionals the opportunity to leverage their education and talent while gaining valuable experience at the start of their career. Interns may work independently and/or in teams under the supervision of industry experts. Within a structured setting, interns receive instruction and guidance across a variety of assignments. Our interns will work on projects spanning multiple functions of our Neuromodulation unit.

• VNS Therapy Device (Epilepsy)

• Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Design

• Product Manufacturing

Qualifications of a strong candidate:

• Actively pursuing a degree in the related field of internship you're interested in (engineering disciplines). Ideally students who are graduating in 2026.

• Self-starter with capability to execute deliverables after initial direction.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous project experience (industry experience, past internships, research, project teams, etc.).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• GPA of 3.25 or higher

Pay Transparency, Timeline & Location:

• A reasonable estimate of the hourly rate for this position is $25/hr.

• 12-16 weeks, flexible between the months of May and September

• On-site, Mon-Fri at our site in Clear Lake, TX (Some internships may have flexibility for hybrid opportunity but not guaranteed).
