- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our CMS practice, ensuring alignment with agency priorities and needs.
- Craft and communicate a compelling vision for existing portfolio efforts that inspires teams and resonates with clients.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within CMS.
- Identify emerging trends, policy shifts, and innovation opportunities within CMS programs to inform growth efforts.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, product, and delivery teams to create tailored operational and new solutions for CMS-specific challenges.
- Serve as a thought leader on CMS programs, policies, and priorities across the organization.
- Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Mentor team members on CMS program knowledge and strategic approaches.
- Leadership experience within CMS with expertise in CCSQ, CMMI, CPI, OC and/or OIT programs.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare policies, quality standards, value-based care models, program integrity, and/or health IT within CMS.
- Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Policy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience working within the public health ecosphere.
- Proven ability to develop data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results. Skilled in interpreting complex healthcare data and policy developments.
- Strategic thinker with the capability to operate effectively at both the strategic planning and operational execution levels.
