The Analyst/Sr. Analyst – Compensation is responsible for execution of key compensation activities including data management, benchmarking and job pricing, budget file building and maintenance, LTI statement generation and year-end compensation planning. In addition, this position is responsible for recurring and ad hoc reporting. This person will help navigate systems and must be solution oriented with the ability to work across multiple teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the year end compensation process from budget approval though comp statement generation and team member communication.
  • Assist with annual and ad-hoc market benchmarking and job pricing exercises using third party benchmarking data
  • Partner with Finance to build and maintain the G&A budget file; support all headcount planning and reporting needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting on all aspects of the new hire process including but not limited to offer recommendations and approvals
  • Facilitate the cross-boarding function for all transfers and promotions including job pricing and offer development, memos and the cross-boarding process to join the new team/ position.
  • Key participant in LTI program administration, including generating mid-year and annual statements and ensuring accurate offering at time of hire
  • Coordinate and manage reward programs, including but not limited to BTTY (Better Today Than Yesterday) awards and other recognition programs as needed
  • Point of contact for compliance and HR audit data production and processes.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies; provides general analytical support for the People team

What You Should Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related area
  • 1-3 years or more full-time work experience
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency and ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including team members, management, external parties
  • Self-motivated with the ability to excel and be flexible in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
  • Strong team player with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines



Preferred:

  • Prior experience in financial planning and analysis, compensation, or related field

Base Salary Range:  $80,000 - $125,000.  This represents the presently anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base salary range for this position.  Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience. 

Total Direct Compensation:  This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and long-term incentive on an annual basis.

Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to team members, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
