What You Will Do
- Oversight of some large-scale data and technology projects with some of the sharpest minds on the planet.
- Track and present performance on projects, with key focus on long-term goals.
- Lead a group of highly talented Business Analysts and Tech PMO group
- Must believe that the health of a business is directly relatable to good, clean data; just like the health of the body is relatable to clean air and water
- Communicating with stakeholders on project process and alignment. Must be as comfortable in a board room as you are in a project war room
- Develop and maintain schedules on all projects. Schedules are everything and their upkeep is paramount
- Lead, motivate, and manage large technical teams. You must love people, as much as running projects
- Make effective and decisive decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Build and lead high performing Tech PMO and Business analyst teams
- Make operational decisions to meet strategic goals
- Oversee implementation of key initiatives and maintains operational excellence
- Lead cross functional collaboration and teamwork
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Identifies and seizes opportunities to enhance organizational performance and efficiency.
- 5-8 years of experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis
- Experience in leading large-scale, technology projects
- Experience in Multi-family housing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or School of Hard Knocks
- PMP, Agile or similar training/certification is a nice-to-have.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and data initiatives
- Experience with a wide array of cloud-based project management tools
- Experience with budget and resource planning
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to initiate and drive projects proactively and accurately with a large, diverse team
