Your expertise merged with our approach to analytics will drive portfolio performance. The Lead, Marketing Operations is a partnership-based role focused on the strategic development, assessment, and management of onsite marketing and related programs implemented in partnership with onsite teams, marketing advisors, and asset management teams. They will play a primary role in development of onsite marketing programs, including social media, events, partnerships and more. The Lead, Onsite Marketing will create tailored, scalable approaches based on needs of their onsite teams, their portfolio, overall asset operations. They are expected to maintain and act on weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting within their assigned portfolio
What You Will Do
Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily real estate marketing required. A focus in analysis preferred. Candidate must be proficient in Excel, online research, and knowledge of marketing plans. Candidate must have proven track record of providing high quality support and completing tasks.

Base Compensation Range
$90,000.00 To $110,000.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

What You Will Do
- Play primary role in marketing relationships with onsite teams and be responsible for the onsite marketing, sales, and (limited) financial performance of these operators and portfolios.
- Responsible for designing and executing scalable onsite marketing processes for assigned portfolios based unique needs of each property while maintaining scalability.
- Collaborates regularly with other marketing team members, other departments, and external parties in order to share knowledge and leverage marketing-based opportunities within assigned portfolios and throughout LivCor.
- Responsible for the deployment and management of global LivCor initiatives related to marketing with assigned operators and within assigned portfolios.
- Project manages the development of community specific digital assets and collateral materials, communication pieces, promotional materials, presentations, websites, reporting and training materials for an assigned portfolio of communities.
- Training on marketing systems, including Canva, company stores, social media, etc.
- Managing and updating specials on the website, maintaining communication with onsite and revenue teams
- Maintains and analyzes key metrics, to include: onsite lead management, social media engagement, review programs.
- Provides monthly (limited) financial reporting, assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, conducting ad hoc analysis & reporting.
- Manage the Online Reputation analysis and reaction process for the assigned portfolio. This includes executive analysis reporting, process building, and management.
- Oversees the Leasing performance process for assigned portfolio including process building and performance adjustments.
- Some travel required oriented around portfolio visits of subject assets, comp visits, and industry-related conferences/knowledge acquisition opportunities.
- Excels in an environment with constant change. Adapts, performs and invites additional job responsibilities as LivCor develops.
- Contributes to the education and development of the Marketing team.

Base Compensation Range
