You should be :
We are looking for someone to join the most active multifamily acquisitions team in the industry. As an Associate - Investments, you will work with the LivCor / Blackstone deal teams to identify / underwrite / acquire / sell multifamily assets for Blackstone's investment vehicles. Since 2018, the platform has transacted tens of billions of multifamily assets. In addition to unmatched transaction experience, you will gain direct exposure and mentorship from seasoned real estate investors across the LivCor / Blackstone teams. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to leverage the platform's competitive advantage via proprietary business intelligence and a suite of in-house specialist teams, including Redevelopment, Revenue Management, Asset Management, CapEx, Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Marketing, Strategic Initiatives, as well as access to industry leading technology solutions. This role will report to a Market Leader on the Investments Team.

Base Compensation Range :
120,000.00 To $150,000.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company's base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Total Direct Compensation : This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
Benefits : The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
