What You’ll Do: Patient Care & Support:
- Assist audiologists with patient care, including hearing aid fittings, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Perform hearing aid cleanings, battery replacements, and minor repairs.
- Educate patients on hearing aid usage, care, and best practices.
Administrative & Office Management:
- Order Management: Place and track hearing aid and accessory orders.
- Scheduling & Efficiency: Maintain and adjust appointment schedules to maximize clinic efficiency.
- Report Assistance: Help prepare and manage patient reports, including audiology assessments and insurance documentation.
- Data & Record Keeping: Keep patient records organized and up-to-date in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: Healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using EMR systems and hearing aid software.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
