- Develop and support of a workforce manageme nt system us e d company - wide fo r tracking s taffing lev els, ac c u r ate forecasting, and reporting of results to depar t men ts.
- Assist with report ing o f industry and r egional competitive intelligence and strateg ic planning.
- Review Standard Operating Procedures, s tr eamline pr ocesses, an d ident ify areas f o r improveme nt.
- Ass i s t with planning a nd preparation for annual operatin g bu dgets including workin g clo sely with operat ing department management.
- Other duties as assigned.

- One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in analytical reporting including development, data mining, and data analysis.
- A four (4) - year degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and other advanced calculations/functions is required.
- Knowledge of database layouts including table structures, joins, and relationships
- Experience with the following is preferred but not required: Aristocrat Oasis v12, Tableau, Teradata, SAS Data Flux, IGT Table Touch, Bravo Poker, MICROS, PM10, Kronos, Virtual Roster
- General knowledge of SQL and/or Access would be a plus
- Experience with Continuous Improvement programs is preferred but not required.
- Basic accounting experience or education is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission for the position.
- Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods of time and move up and down steps daily
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and assist guests in the loading and unloading process
- Ability to lift 20-30 pounds
