The Entertainment Coordinator has the overall responsibility of assisting the Entertainment Manager with successful delivery of entertainment events and activities for our guests. This position assists all programming and administrative aspects of the entertainment department to achieve guest satisfaction, quality service and compliance with local and Company standard operating procedures.

- Works with Entertainment Manager to execute the strategic and operational plan for overall property entertainment and assigned venues.
- Overseeing and managing box office as well as overseeing show room operations entertainment acts for Live Casino and Hotel.
- Advances Hospitality, organizes invoices, entertainment calendars, manages ushers, builds shows in box office and managing cash and comp sales.
- Assists Player Development team with ticket blocking for comp guests, and schedules comp ticket distribution.
- Manages day of show box office operations and assists Entertainment Manager with show settlements and advance builds.
- Arrange for billing or payment in accordance with contract agreement.
- Negotiate and arrange all rider requirements.
- Ensure signed contracts and W-9’s are received before each performance.
- Assist in booking Center Bar Entertainment.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Entertainment or related field preferred.
- Relevant work experience may be substituted.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in entertainment management or operations.
- Box office Experience required. Experience with AXS a plus.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for the position.
