Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job)This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation and execution of the Pittsburgh Live marketing plans. The position will also be responsible for branded marketing programs, group sales initiatives, player tracking / development resulting in Live!Casino becoming the premier gaming destination.Responsibilities : Core Service StandardsCLEAN :

Work passionately as a team to create a FUN experience both for everyone who works and plays here.Specific Responsibilities and DutiesDevelops and manages the implementation of marketing and player development plans for the Casino.Leads the progression of marketing plans and adjusts these plans to ensure the successful achievement of the Live! Casino goals.Provides open and complete communications with operations, finance and all other departments.Leads the development and growth of the marketing department team members.Conducts or otherwise assist with promotions and events at various locations on and off property, including the Promotions Booth, Live! Rewards Booth, at slot machines and in the table game pits.Develops and manages the budget for departmentLeads the Casino effort in establishing it as a community leader.Leads the Casino effort in developing cooperative marketing and operational efforts with local partners.Develops and trains staff, interviews for new hires and performs performance evaluations of direct reports and ensures timely, accurate and effective evaluations are completed on all members of the Marketing and player development departments.Provides support and strategic marketing diretion for Interactive Gaming.Must embrace the Live@! 5 values of Clean, Safe, Fast, Friendly and Fun for the property.Ability to extend complimentaries in accordance with the property comp matrix.All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications : Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities)High degree of computer literacy with in-depth knowledge of PC and Mid-Range system applications.Consumer data analytics experience.Experience in operating Consumer Marketing programs in a high-volumne hospitality environment, conceptualizing, producing and executing these types of programs.Outstanding communications and presentation skills.Experience in high tax environment helpful.Regional experience is a plus.Should be able to work in an open dialogue environment with a competitive spirit.Experience in a high service minded environment is a plus.Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.Ability to solve complex problems.Broad vvariety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license as determined by the State Gaming Agency for the position.Educational RequirementsFour (4) year degree in a business related field.(i.e. Marketing, Finance, Business) or equivalent experience required.MBA is preferred.Mental and Physical RequirementsAbility to work extended hours across all shifts in a 24 / 7 work environment.Working Conditions24 / 7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees.Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
