Position : Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or ENP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Responsibilities :
Diagnosing and treating common urgent care complaints
Performing suturing and splinting
Initial interpretation with digital X-rays
Conducting incisions and drainage procedures
Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive hourly rate : $62-$70 based on experience and certifications

Flexible shifts within operational hours : 8 am - 8 pm Monday to Friday, and 8 am - 4 pm Saturday and Sunday
Providers typically work 8-12 hour shifts, allowing for work-life balance

Requirements :
Current, active licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state where the position is located, or in the process of obtaining.
Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Nursing program.
Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC / AANP or certification as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).
DOT certification (or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of employment).
Provision of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ability to perform the role with patients and members on-site, as it is essential to the position.
Preferred qualifications include 1 years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in primary care or urgent care settings.
