About the Position: Part Time Membership Advisor at Mission, Castro and Hayes Valley Locations
This Membership Advisor Sales position requires someone energetic, passionate, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal oriented!
We are looking for Membership advisors with weekend and evenings availability. Specifically, we are looking for weekend and evening availability at our Castro, Arguello and Polk street locations.
Requirements of a Membership Advisor:
- Knows and surpasses daily sales goals, professionally and effectively presenting our Wellness & Fitness Plans.
- Handles all Prospects, guest traffic, phone inquiries, scheduling of appointments, etc.
- Conduct high quality tours of facility.
- Provide outstanding customer service. Interact and observe members, make recommendations and proactively solve problems.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of the Live Fit brand, Wellness Services and facilities.
- Work from front desk, answer phones in a courteous, helpful manner.
- Initiate the selling of personal training, massage, and all ancillary services at point of sale.
- Create friendly atmosphere for members and guests.
- Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
- Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
- Maintain professional manner at all times.
- Keep work area clean, neat and organized.
- Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
- Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.

Qualifications:
• Self motivator with strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional sales, written and verbal communication skills.
