About the Position : Part Time Acupuncturist

We are seeking an experienced Acupuncturist in our Wellness Team. The Acupuncture Practitioner plays an integral role in our Wellness Team providing wellness plans to members. The Acupuncturist is tasked with building our client base through conducting assessments and treatment plans in acupuncture and demonstrating the value of Acupuncture Care, including safe and proper techniques. We practice community acupuncture at our gym locations.

What You’ll Do : Acupuncturist -20-25 hours per week, at our Castro, Arguello, Hayes Valley and our Mission location.

Under the direction of the COO and the Director of Sales, The Acupuncturist will provide assessments and care plans to new and existing members.
Managing all member treatments as scheduled in chiropractic room in an open treatment plan, or community acupuncture.
Properly documenting all patient visits with SOAP notes.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive Wellness programs based on clients’ goals / needs.
Ensure accurate administration of the Acupuncture care process including timely appointments, prepared for appointment and attentive to patient needs.
Assist in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to : floor prospecting, virtual prospecting, complimentary treatments, seminars, events and workshops.

Preferred Qualifications : Acupuncturist

Acupuncture License

We prefer a college degree or college level courses.

Basic knowledge of business administration and best practices, processes, and terminology

1 years’ work experience

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Demonstrates a commitment to customer service, dedication to professionalism, organizational excellence, and success through teamwork.

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Self-directed, collaborative and task motivated.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptable to managing changing business needs.

Open to learning and adapting to change.

CPR, AED and First Aid training and certification preferred.

STATUS :

This is an FLSA Non-exempt position.

This is not an OSHA high-risk position.
