The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Job Description: Overseeing all aspects of quality management within an organization, including developing and implementing quality standards, monitoring production processes to ensure compliance, analyzing quality data, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading a team of our manufacturing team to maintain consistent product quality across all operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CGMP standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and internal policies.
- Lead the manufacturing team in performing thorough inspections of products and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Manage documentation related to quality assurance processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
- Analyze data from quality inspections and audits to identify trends and develop corrective action plans as needed.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards, practices, and procedures.
- Oversee project management activities related to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, CGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 standards, and QA/QC methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus but not required.
