What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator - Xfinity Live! position at Live! Hospitality & Entertainment?
WELCOME TO XFINITY LIVE! THIS IS PHILLY’S PREMIER DINING AND ENTERTAINMENT DESTINATION LOCATED IN THE WELLS FARGO COMPLEX. WITH MULTIPLE DINING AND ENTERTAINMENT VENUES THERE IS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE AND THE PERFECT SPOT BEFORE DURING AND AFTER ALL SPORTING EVENTS!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Report directly to the Marketing Manager
- Manage and create day-to-day activities of social media content & strategy
- Track & analyze social media insights, trends and new platforms
- Execute paid social media campaigns and budgets
- Oversee Xfinity Live!’s website content via the content management system including but not limited to events, weekly promotions, menus, photo galleries, general info (contact info, hours, FAQ, inquiry forms), news articles, etc.
- Oversee field marketing opportunities for Xfinity Live!’s
- Help with Xfinity Live! database collection through contests, promotions, campaigns and events
- Coordinate with Graphic Design Manager to create content for social media
- Create contests including setup, promotion and analytics
- Help coordinate all photography and videography for events
- Work with sponsors on activations and implementation of their contracts
- Work closely with local teams on events and partnerships
- Manage community, blogger and influential social accounts outreach
Requirements

- Great analytical skills and data driven mindset.
- Exceptional communicator. You confidently engage at all levels and across multiple stakeholder groups and clients. You have excellent written and oral communication and are known for translating data into clear, easy-to-understand information useful for stakeholders and clients
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently, as well as strong attention to detail
- Flexible hours
- Experience in the sports and/or entertainment field a plus.
- Experienced in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience with YouTube, blogs and various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Required to work occasional nights, weekends and holiday's for events.
