Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is the perfect blend of luxury concierge customer service and sales through client education. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience while driving revenue growth through upselling and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about our services while using excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and ability to strongly articulate professionalism
- Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring that patient preferences and availability are take into consideration while promoting the therapeutic benefits of our services
- Confidently and effectively educate clients about our IV therapy and wellness services
- Achieve monthly sales goals by promoting memberships, packages, and additional services.
- Assist clients with completing forms and documents ensuring their understanding and compliance
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with members of the team and guests to ensure a positive and enjoyable working environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, waiting room, and other common areas
- Handle patient concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner escalating issues to the appropriate parties when necessary
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a wellness, spa, or healthcare setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
- Sales-driven with the ability to identify and seize opportunities to promote services.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records, scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong sense of professionalism
