We are currently seeking a dependable, compassionate, detailed oriented Medical Assistant/ Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will also be an experienced, energetic, outgoing professional with a strong background in customer service and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable
- Answer phone calls, schedules appointments, and manage client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and availability.
- Assist RN with obtaining client information, client paperwork, and vital signs.
- Offers beverages, snacks, and warm blankets to clients
- Ensures clients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their treatments, while maintaining a positive, outgoing, and friendly demeanor in all interactions
- Assist with Ionic detox footbath and HBOT treatments.
- Stocks inventory and supplies
- Handles administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and invoicing.
- Maintains spa cleanliness
- Assist in capturing photos for social media and be comfortable appearing in videos for content creation
- Handles payment processing
Pay:
- Base pay plus tips
Job requirements include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working at a receptionist or medical assistant.
- Experience working as a medical assistant or CNA (Preferred, but not required)
- Medical assistant certification (Preferred, but not required)
- Background in sales with proven experience in customer engagement (Preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient computer skills
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service skills
- Responsible, friendly, compassionate, and maintains a professional attitude
- Be able to work independently with outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Patient, flexible, dependable, and punctual
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
