We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building relationships with referral sources, increasing brand awareness, and driving client growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement marketing strategies to promote home care services.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, senior communities, and other referral sources.
- Conduct outreach activities, including networking events, presentations, and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and report progress to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in home care, or related field).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license for field visits.
