You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and quality products.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate the Clover POS system efficiently to process customer orders and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Engage with customers to promote new products and encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help both customers and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
