Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage fitness staff, including personal trainers and group exercise instructors.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure all staff are knowledgeable about services and safety protocols.
- Oversee scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Develop and implement innovative fitness programs that meet the needs of our diverse membership base.
- Monitor sales performance and actively engage in retail sales initiatives to drive membership growth.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records related to fitness services.
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees while fostering a positive team environment.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote fitness programs and special events within the community.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the fitness area.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong administrative skills with experience in cash handling and financial reporting.
