THE BRAND MANAGEMENT TICKETING TEAM The Brand Management Ticketing Team is the get stuff done, turn-problems-into-solutions, make our clients look like the rock stars, driving force within the Live Nation Media & Sponsorship division. THE JOB Primarily, the Ticket Associate will manage all Local Sponsorship Ticket Bank ticket requests and work along side the Local Venue Brand Managers who oversee and manage all venue client sponsorships, programs, sponsor operations and activities on a localized level. This includes daily, weekly, monthly reporting, submitting of sponsor ticket bank ticket requests, working as an operational liaison between the Local Venue Sponsorship Sales Team, Local Venue Brand Management Team and Local Ticketing Team, and providing comprehensive reporting to internal and external teams. They will also advise for potential tool development, efficiency gains, and process streamlining to maintain a high operational support for our sponsor clients. The Ticketing Associate will support internal projects relating to LNE sponsorship ticketing deals, assisting in new product support and development, as well as being involved in key requirements from Ticket Managers, Brand Managers, National support teams related to cross functional sponsorship offers. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Manage ALL ticket aspects of a sponsorship deal; hospitality funds, hospitality parties, deck tickets, promotions, etc… Be able to work independently and proactively while being detailed oriented and an excellent communicator Manage any customer service issues related to clients not being able to access tickets Create and maintain dedicate client ticket portals; forms and spreadsheets Field all ticket request from all clients Enter orders into TRC (Ticket Resource Center) and edit spreadsheet with status updates Reach out to BOMs with any non-standard requests, and follow up on missing TRC events or action items. Secure additional perks (i.e. PSS Tickets, VIP lounge, parking) for clients when requested and track cross department financials accordingly. Build and maintain excellent relationships with Local LN Teams, Venues, and other industry participants. Once orders are processed and fulfilled, lead client communication surrounding ticket access. Send out weekly Event and/or event pricing lists to all Sponsors within the portfolio of brands serving Track money spent and proactively communicate with Brand Managers any potential overages. Work with the accounting team to invoice for any amounts spent over bank allowance/outside of hospitality bank funds. Work with local box offices concerning Local event pre-sales and inventory holds for all events WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING 2 years direct client customer service experience Experience with financial management of budgets, forecasting, and the ability to analyze account, trends and deliver insights Professional and proactive communication with internal stakeholders and external partners Working for a venue or in the live music industry a plus Record of success delivering innovative ticketing programs with measurable results Experience in box office and/or premium seat sales experience a plus Functional knowledge of TM Channels: ticketmaster.com, livenation.com, TM1, Mobile and TM Account Manager a plus Superior project management skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure Ability to quickly adapt and adjust projects to new expectations & direction Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong passion for music, including knowledge of current/relevant artists and industry trends Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
