Job Summary:
Job Functions:
- Sell and collect admission tickets and passes at events.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty. Answer inquiries to resolve our customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution.
- Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.
* Solicit sales of new or additional services or products
- Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
* May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas.
*Assist patrons by giving directions places inside or outside the venue.
* Refuse admittance to undesirable persons or persons without tickets or passes.
This position starts at $16.00 per hour.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications is a plus.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
- A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
- Position requires constant standing and occasional sitting.
You must be over 18 years of age to hold this position.
