Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage cash handling accurately, including processing transactions through the POS system.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their orders.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels by tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to support banquet events or special functions.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or fine dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of retail math to manage cash handling effectively.
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages and menu items.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
• A background in the food industry is advantageous, especially in banquet service.
