Location : Live Oak, Florida
Pay Range : $56,000 - $58,000 per year
Shift : Full-Time Days

Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate activity programs tailored to residents' needs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal regulations, and professional standards in collaboration with the Administrator.
- Develop and implement policies to identify medical-related activity needs for residents.
- Participate in the planning, development, and execution of activity care plans and interdisciplinary care strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
