Shift : PRN
Salary : $35–$37 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Comprehensive Assessments & Treatment Planning : Collaborate with the healthcare team to evaluate residents' needs and develop tailored therapeutic plans.
- Empowering Independence : Help residents regain independence by guiding them in mastering daily tasks and enhancing their functional abilities.
- Therapeutic Support : Provide hands-on support to residents during prescribed activities, promoting recovery from illness, injury, or other health challenges.
- Confidentiality & Compliance : Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, ensuring all resident information is handled in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Team Collaboration : Work seamlessly with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and provide outstanding care.
