Location : Live Oak, FL
Pay Rate : Up to $33 per hour
Shifts :Schedule : Alternating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities
As an LPN, you will :
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and adherence to medical standards.
- Create and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Perform medical procedures , including wound care, with skill and empathy.
- Document resident care thoroughly and accurately , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Protect confidentiality and uphold resident rights under HIPAA guidelines.
- Valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
- Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing.
