Live Oak Landscape is seeking an experienced and dedicated Landscape Production Manager to join our team. Performance & Quality
- Coordinate materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain high-quality standards at job sites
- Conduct pre-service property inspections to develop action plans and perform hands-on work when necessary
- Proactively monitor irrigation systems and potential problem areas to address issues preemptively
- Maintain schedules to meet service expectations and budgets
- Oversee daily operations and delegate tasks effectively
Operations
- Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and use of equipment
- Analyze and optimize department efficiency and budget adherence
- Demonstrate proficiency in scheduling and customer service
- Manage material ordering, cost monitoring, and delivery tracking
- Enforce and uphold safety policies
Personnel
- Collaborate with the Account Manager on staffing needs, hiring, and daily crew scheduling
- Develop and review employee growth plans, providing guidance and disciplinary action when needed
- Conduct crew member training on equipment operation, pruning techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Support sales team in estimating and budgeting to ensure account profitability and exceptional outcomes
- Provide hands-on training and support to crew members
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the landscaping industry
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in landscape management software and MS Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in a landscape-related field
- Certification from a recognized landscape association
