- Assess patient condition and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with medical providers.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Meet requirements for Basic Cardiac Life Support and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training.
