As part of our continual growth, we are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Medical Assistants, Medical Receptionists and X-Ray Technologists to join our hard working team in all our New Jersey locations and our King of Prussia, PA location.
Typical shifts are 12 hours per shift during the week and 8 hours per shift on the weekend.

Primary Job Duties:
- Escort patients to examination rooms and prepare them for their visit
- Record patient medical history, vital signs and any other relevant information accurately
- Prepare the examination room with the correct equipment and supplies necessary are readily available
- Perform basic vitals, such as height, weight, blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate, temperature and oxygen saturation and accurately record the results
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urinalysis, blood draws, rapid strep, COVID swab and wound culture and accurately record the results
- Administer medications, oral or intramuscular (IM), under the direct supervision of the medical provider
- Clean and sterilize examination rooms and equipment after each patient visits.
- Maintain and update patient records
- Provide administrative support, such as greet and check in patients, answering and return phone calls, verifying insurance information, scheduling referral appointments and updating the daily inventory list
- Work as a team with other team members to ensure the waiting room is tidy, wiping down chairs and tables, sweeping the floor and keeping the bathrooms properly stocked with paper towels and soap.

Requirements
Education:
- Minimum high school degree or equivalent; completing a certified Medical Assistant program preferred.
- Current certification as Medical Assistant
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting; Urgent Care preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, patients and families
- Willingness to take initiative and responsibility for actions
- Be open to constructive criticism and feedback when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and third party vendors
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of medical procedures, equipment, and instruments.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Competent with common PC applications including Internet, Email and Microsoft Office.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits:
All Full Time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision benefits after 90 days of employment which is a shared cost between employer and employee.
Life Insurance, Short Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) which is employer paid
Retirement plan (401k) with company match up to 3%, 1st of the month after 90 days.
All full time employees are eligible up to 76 hours of PTO depending upon the quarter in which they are hired. PTO is inclusive of vacation, personal and sick leave.
