Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Medication Aide in the state of practice
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare or senior living setting is advantageous

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist residents with medication administration during 12-hour shifts, following prescribed care plans
- Maintain accurate medication inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling practices
- Thoroughly document all medication administrations and report any issues or discrepancies to the nurse
- Monitor residents for adverse reactions to medications, promptly communicating findings to the nurse or supervisor
- Provide emotional support and assistance to residents with dignity and respect
- Adhere to safety and infection control policies and procedures consistently
- Participate in training and education programs to maintain certification and stay updated on medication practices for effective supervision.
