Position Overview: As a Sales Liaison for Home Care Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of our home care operations within the designated region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, a passion for delivering and coordinating exceptional patient care, and the ability to work effectively with our healthcare partners.
Responsibilities: Manage, coordinate, and maintain referral activity and referral coordination for multiple branches over multiple states.
Operational Leadership: Provide strategic planning and supervision to ensure the effective communication of home care services to referral sources within your designated region.
Team Management: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and professional development with referral sources.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that quality of services meets expectations set forth by the organization and referral sources.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, healthcare professionals, and referral sources. Address client concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction with our home care services.
Financial Management: Manage budgetary responsibilities under the guidance and direction of the VP of Community Relations & Outreach for the region, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are allocated efficiently. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure that the organization complies with all relevant standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in home care management/sales or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with Branch and Executive management to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in home care services.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet organizational objectives.
- Willingness to travel 100% within designated region
