Key Responsibilities:
- Install, terminate, and test data cables (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optics, etc.)
- Set up and configure AV systems, including speakers, displays, sound systems, and structured wiring
- Assist with network rack builds, patch panels, and cable management
- Troubleshoot and maintain AV/low-voltage systems in residential and commercial settings
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and client specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Collaborate with electricians, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow
- Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Travel to various job sites, with per diem provided when applicable
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in AV/Audio, data comm, or structured cabling (required)
- Ability to run and terminate data cables and install AV components
- Familiarity with low-voltage codes, standards, and safety best practices
- Ability to work independently and follow project direction
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, ability to lift 50 lbs , and in various site conditions
- No formal license is required, but relevant certifications are a plus

Schedule:
- Full-Time, Monday to Thursday
- 10-hour shifts with some overtime potential
