We are looking for a knowledgeable, caring and efficient office manager to lead our front desk. The ideal candidate will enjoy managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously and learning new processes and technologies quickly. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in all patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Operate multiple phone lines/transfer calls
- Obtain all necessary documents and file them accordingly
- Schedule patients
- Opening and closing duties
- General receptionist / front desk duties
Duties:
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office management or related field a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Familiarity with payroll processing systems is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
The job hours are:
- 8:30am-5pm Monday through Saturday (you will work Monday-Friday one week then Tuesday through Saturday the following week alternating weeks)
- 9am-3pm on Friday and Saturday
Must be able to train in our Flower Mound location central office, must have 5 years management experience, must have a proven track record of managing at least 5 employees.
