Position : Independent Contractor (1099)
Hours : 23 days per week, 46 hours per week
Compensation : $50 / hour
About the Role :
The Live Your Song Program Delivery Specialist is instrumental in delivering engaging and impactful SEL programming. This role focuses on direct student engagement, ensuring an interactive, high-quality experience for participants.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Live Your Song programming at assigned school or community sites.
- Deliver interactive, engaging sessions that support social-emotional learning and student growth.
- Maintain program integrity by ensuring alignment with YPQA and DESSA quality standards.
- Collect and report pre- and post-assessment data as required.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and school administrators.
- Ensure a safe, structured, and interactive learning environment.
- Work independently while following clear program guidelines and expectations.
Qualifications :
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. However, for the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for a future employment offer.
Salary : $50
